One box of Dékor Refills holds up to 480 diapers.*Dékor Refills are easy to use and save you money. You can empty as often as you want, after that one really stinky change or when the pail is totally stuffed. Emptying the can frequently will help keep odors in your nursery to a minimum. The design of the Dékor refill/liner puts you in control of how much refill you want to use with each empty. Finally, the diaper insert is removable and the pail may be used as a trash can after diaper days are over. Frequently wipe down the Diaper Dékor with a non-abrasive household cleaner. If odor is an issue, clean the pail with bleach to disinfect and de-odorize.Which Refills do I need?The size refill you need is determined by the size of the pail. This can be determined by viewing the label on the inside of the door of your pail.
